The board of directors consists of nine members elected from and by the general membership. Yearly elections are held at the December general meeting and three (3) new board members are elected to replace three (3) outgoing members. The term of service is three (3) years on the board. A member must be present at the December meeting in order to vote for the board elections.
The officers of the club are elected from the Board members by the other Board members, both in-coming and out-going, at the December Board meeting. Officers elected to serve a one (1) year term are the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, and Corresponding Secretary. The remaining Board members also have responsibilities to oversee for the year. Various activity chairman are volunteers from the general membership appointed by the President to serve during his one year term.
